LSS Approval Process
When the sales person has verbal agreement from the customer, and they are confident they have completed all the necessary fields and paperwork associated to the opportunity. The opportunity should be set to LSS by the opportunity owner.
This will trigger a workflow to set up the LSS Approval status to Pending, and notify the LSS team by email that the account/opportunity is pending LSS Approval.
A hidden field, LSS Approval Requested Date is date-stamped with the date LSS Approval is set to pending allowing reporting on number of days from requesting LSS Approval to LSS Approved.
When LSS Approve (with the LSS Approval status field), this will trigger the Compliance and Risk approval status fields to Pending. Also updating the Compliance and Risk Approval requested dates with the date the status was changed to pending.
